All items from LaucreaCB are handmade and made-to-order, which means each piece is created individually for every customer. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, damaged item, or a quality concern), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will be happy to review the situation and find a solution.
